27.03.2012 09:39 / Interfax

The charter fund of the Moscow Metro State Unitary Enterprise will be increased by RUB 55.778 bn, said a source in the City Administration on Tuesday.

According to the source, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin has signed the directive.

The document states that the charter fund of the underground will be increased through budget investments into construction “in the form of capital investments in the enterprise in accordance with the provided technical and financial plan.

The 2012 Moscow Metro Development Plan provides three new railway hauls: Novogireevo – Novokosino (Kalininskaya line), Mitino – Pyatnitskoye shosse (Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line), Krasnogvardeyskaya – Alma-Atinskaya (Zamoskvoretskaya line).

As Sobyanin stated in the middle of March at the city planning policy committee session, in 2012, RUB 192 bl will be allocated for the construction of transport infrastructure, including RUB 100 bn for the underground.

“Last year our budget (for the Metro construction) totaled about RUB 60 bn. The Metro budget had been almost doubled,” emphasized the Mayor, noting that this sector received a doubled allocation in 2011 compared to 2010.
